My big worry is that the path the development will take is that it will be a clone of the new areas on the fringes of Edmonton. Since council has allowed these types of things to happen already, I'm worried it'll be the same. If that were the case, I think I'd rather see ECCA stay. It's not enough to close it and hope things pop up. I also agree that there has to be some transit connection (LRT, speedier train/shuttle) to the International.
